H0U53 collects the minimum data needed to operate the site and the newsletter. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties for advertising. We do not store the AI prompts you run in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM — those happen between you and the third-party AI tool.

Newsletter

When you submit the email form, we store your email address, the home-type and pack-interest fields (if provided), the date of subscription, and a confirmation token to verify your address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send; unsubscribing deletes the subscriber record.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting tool that does not set cookies, does not collect personal data, and aggregates traffic by URL only.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Embedded third-party services (e.g. Sanity Studio at /studio) may set cookies required for their operation; those are not used for marketing.
